چکیده
Introduction: Fuligo Plantae (FP), the ash that sticks to bottom of pots or chimneys after weeds burn, has long been used for its hemostatic effects and treatment gastrointestinal bleeding. Nevertheless, active ingredient FP still needs be further explored. Methods: The microstructure, optical chemical properties FP-CDs were characterized. An alcohol-induced gastric ulcer model was utilized evaluate whether pre-administration alleviated bleeding symptoms ameliorated mucosal barrier disruption. In addition, feces each group rats extracted 16S rDNA genome sequencing intestinal flora. Results: with a diameter ranging from 1.4–3.2 nm had abundant groups, which may beneficial exertion inherent activity. ulcer, as demonstrated by activating extrinsic coagulation pathway, alleviating inflammation, suppressing oxidative stress levels. More interestingly, can improve diversity dysbiosis flora in ulcer. Conclusion: These comes about illustrate momentous inhibitory on alcoholic rats, give modern methodology investigating effective FP, lay an experimental basis application clinical

Natural carbon-based dots from humic substances
For the first time, abundant natural carbon-based dots were found and studied in humic substances (HS). Four soluble HS including three humic acids (HA) from different sources and one fulvic acids (FA) were synthetically studied. Investigation results indicate that all the four HS contain large quantities of Carbon-based dots. Carbon-based dots are mainly small-sized graphene oxide nano-sheets ...

Background: Regulatory T Cells (Tregs) and Myeloid-Derived Suppressor Cells (MDSCs) are two main regulatory cells modulating the immune responses in inflammation and cancer. Objective: To investigate and compare Tregs and MDSCs in peptic ulcer and gastric cancer. Methods: Patients with dyspepsia were selected and divided into three groups of non-ulcer dyspepsia (NUD, n=22), peptic ulcer disease...
متن کاملGastroprotective effect of sodium hydrosulfide against indomethacin-induced gastric ulcer in diabetic rats
Introduction: The incidence rate of gastric erosions and ulcers in diabetic patients are higher due to failure of mucosal antioxidant defense and maintain enough blood flow. The present study evaluated the gastro-protective effect of sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS) against indomethacin-induced gastric lesions in diabetic rats. Methods: In order to test anti-ulcer activity of NaHS against indomet...
